mad about: mittens

it's starting to get cold in the northwest; snow in the mountains and rain that chills you to the bone means winter is here. i think mittens are a fun winter accessory. they are whimsical yet practical, and a way to add a bit of fun to dreary winter months.  i've rounded up some of my favorite mittens in hopes that maybe, just maybe, they'll ward off some of the cold. plus, we all know that the cuter something is the better it works, right?

1. you know how much i love mint green. add a bow and these babies are perfection. find them here (yes, they are meant for girls, but maybe an extra-large will work? let's hope so.)
2. i love love love this pair, found on etsy. the pointy little thumb kills me.
3. foxes for my hands? yes, please. they could even double as puppets for my son. found here.
4. these color-block mittens are lovely, from kate spade. don't you love the poms?
5. i love the subtle owls. so sweet. found on etsy.
6. you can never go wrong with a classic navy cable knit. found here.

  1. I can't believe how quickly this year is flying by! It feels like summer just started, and now we're prepping for the holidays. Speaking of celebrations, I recently saw the damar hamlin super bowl jacket, and wow, it's a standout piece. The design and detail really caught my eye—it’s the kind of jacket that makes you feel like a champion just wearing it. Whether you're into sports or not, it’s definitely a cool way to mix casual style with something meaningful. Has anyone else been thinking of adding something unique like this to their wardrobe?

  2. "Wow, I can't believe how much Yellowstone has influenced fashion! I was scrolling through some jackets online, and then I stumbled upon beth dutton purse. It's such a statement piece, and honestly, it’s perfect for pairing with casual outfits or even something more formal. Also, I’m curious, has anyone found something similar that’s both stylish and durable? Would love recommendations!"
